Description

This Microware DAC converter has 3 input ports:HDMI ARC,SPDIF and Coaxial port,switch them for 6 functions as below:

Switch to “ARC”/Input: HDMI ARC from TV
Function-1: HDMI ARC,Audio Return Channel and Audio Extractor
Connect it to your TV’s HDMI ARC port with HDMI cable,audio could be returned from your TV to the converter and Audio Extractor at the same time ,audio output to digital SPDIF(Toslink/Optical),Coaxial,analog L+R 2RCA,3.5mm Jack.
Function-2: HDMI ARC Volume CEC Adjustable and Controlled by TV
When in ARC mode, the output volume could be controlled and adjusted by your TV with TV’s remote controller.

Attention:
1.Please make sure your TV has HDMI ARC port (with “ARC” mark) for this function.
2.Please set your TV’s audio output to External Amplfier Mode and Digital Sound output is “ON” status with “RAM”or “PCM”,instead of “OFF”,or else no sound.

Switch to “Coaxial” for DAC(Digital to Analog Converter)/Input:Coaxial
Function-3: When input is COAXIAL,it converts the digital signal to L+R 2 RCA analog and 3.5mm stereo headphone Jack or soundbar.
Function-4: Also distributes signal to SPDIF(Toslink/Optical),that means Coaxial converts to SPDIF too.

Switch to “SPDIF” for DAC(Digital to Analog Converter)/Input: SPDIF
Function-5: When input is SPDIF,it converts the digital signal to L+R 2 RCA analog and 3.5mm stereo headphone Jack or soundbar.
Function-6: also distributes signal to Coaxial,that means SPDIF(Optical/Toslink) converts to Coaxial.
